Media & Photography Policy

Images and video of identifiable participants are published only where consent has been obtained. For students, this means documented school and parental or guardian consent.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the relevant material will be removed from our channels.

Journalists, photographers and content creators must apply for accreditation and wear identification on site. Filming of students requires prior clearance from the programme team.

Participants are portrayed with dignity. We do not use imagery or captions that present young people as objects of pity, and we do not publish material that could place a participant at risk.

Material captured at our events may be used in reports, publications, partner communications and social media in line with the consent obtained.
