4 corn on the cobs

5 tbsp mayo

1 garlic clove, finely grated

Finely grated zest and juice 1 lime

2 spring onions, finely sliced

Handful coriander, finely chopped

75g feta, finely crumbled

10g parmesan (or veggie alternative), finely grated
